For the 8th year, the Cherry Hill PBA held their annual Veterans Appreciation Dinner, where they provide dinner to our local veterans and their guests. This year, being the 30th Anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam WOmens Memorial in Washington DC, they memorialized the 8 nurses who lost their lives in Vietnam and honored 2 local Army nurses who served in Vietnam - Lt Joanie Moscatelli (12th Evac Hospital, Chu Chi Vietnam) and LTC Peggy McMahon (85th & 95th Evac Hospital, QUin Nhon Danang Vietnam).
The presentation began with a video, followed by the PBA presenting plaques to these two heroes. Mission BBQ completed the evening with their usual super delicious spread for all to enjoy. A great evening all around!
