I was born at 707 Ringgold street and Stevie at 717 Ringgold street in
Camden, NJ. When I was around 3yrs. old my family moved to Cherry street and
Stevie moved with his grandmother across the street from our house. We grew
up together and played all day everyday until Jr. High school and now I
can't recall where he moved after that. But, in 1965 I joined the USAF and a
year later he the USMC. My mom told me that he came home from a tour in
Vietnam and told her that he had to return. He thought though that this time
he wouldn't make it out of there alive. Oh Stevie, we think of you often and
we miss you friend. I believe that we will all be together again someday for
Jesus said "He who believeth in me shall never die but have everlasting
life". May God bless your soul.
