Paul L. Woodard was born on July 8, 1935. His home of record is Camden, NJ.

He served in the US Marine Corps where he attained the rank of Staff Sergeant (SSGT). He was assigned to Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines.

Woodard was killed in action in Vietnam on March 15, 1968.
